Qualifications: Master’s degree in educational leadership or a related field; valid administrative credential or certification; at least three years in a leadership role; strong understanding of middle school students, learning styles, and educational strategies; excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; proven ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members; familiarity with educational technology and data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a middle school setting; experience in diverse school settings; experience with data-driven decision-making; experience with instructional coaching and staff development; experience with community engagement.

Three years teaching experience and administrative or supervisory experience preferred. This is a 223-day position. Salary is based upon experience.
