The individual will assist the Superintendent in providing leadership relative to developing, achieving, and maintaining the best possible educational programs and services.
Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university; appropriate state licensure; at least five years of administrative experience preferred; such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate.

Coordinates curriculum and instruction services that address the academic and behavioral needs ofall students. Provides high-quality professional development and program support services.
Minimum Qualifications: Must hold appropriate Administrative License (preference given to Elementary Licensure); preferred K-5 Teaching Experience; preferred Elementary Principal Experience and/or preferred K-5 Curriculum Experience; ability to develop and implement clear pathways to successfully achieve program objectives; acts according to the Licensure Code of Professional Conduct for Ohio Educators; demonstrated leadership abilities and a willingness to take on challenging tasks; embraces high-performance standards (e.g., engagement, proficiency, resilience, etc.); holds/maintains required Ohio State Board of Education credentials; maintains a record free of criminal violations that prohibit public school employment.
