Attendance, Tuition and Custody Law – August 5, 2016
Attendance and tuition matters are complex, and the laws addressing them change frequently. How your district handles these matters affects your district’s bottom line. Learn the latest legal developments at this information-packed seminar. The seminar will take place at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center. This year’s agenda includes an "ask the panel" discussion where attendees are encouraged to submit their custody and enrollment questions in advance to be addressed by panelists.

Diversity and Inclusion Mini Workshop – September 14, 2016
This mini workshop will discuss the legal requirements related to diversity and inclusion in the public school context and what districts should consider when making decisions on requests for religious accommodations. The workshop will take place at OSBA offices and includes a lunch provided by Freedom a la Cart, a Columbus non-profit organization that combines support services and employment opportunities for local survivors of human trafficking.

Hot Topics in School Law – October 5, 2016
