As legislators consider the state's biennial budget, it is imperative that school board members, superintendents and treasurers tell legislators what their goals are, what their students need and how state-level decisions impact them. The 2025 State Legislative Conference is a golden opportunity to do just that. The morning session will equip district leaders with up-to-the-minute information to support their afternoon discussions with lawmakers. Attendees are encouraged to schedule office appointments with legislators starting at 1 p.m. Legislators will also be invited to join district leaders for lunch, fostering further dialogue on key education issues.
New Event Venue: This year's State Legislative Conference will be held at the Athletic Club of Columbus located at 136 E Broad St, Columbus OH 43215 in the Gold Lounge. We recommend parking in the underground parking garage at the Ohio Statehouse located directly across the street from the facility.
Registrations must be made by noon Thursday March 13, 2025 to attend this event.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing at least five workdays prior to the date of the event to receive a full refund or no charge to the district. Cancellations received less than five workdays (3-11-25) before the date of the event will be charged 50% of the registration fee. No-shows and cancellations the day of the event will be charged the full registration amount. Registrants who are unable to attend the event may send a substitute attendee from the same district.
