Can I bring my own display for my trade show booth?
Yes, or you can rent from the show decorator.
Is there a limit of the number of people I can have in my booth?
You get up to 8 name badges per 10 x 10 booth.
How do I get electricity in my booth?
The electric form is part of the exhibitor kit emailed to you by the show decorator, starting in August.
Is there Wi-Fi in my booth?
No, but you can purchase Internet access from the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
Can I sell my product at my booth?
No, this is also listed in part of your contract under the OSBA rules and regulations.
When can I come in and set up?
Sunday, Nov 10, 11 a.m - 7 p.m.; Monday, Nov. 11, 7 - 9:30 a.m..
When can I break down my booth?
Tuesday Nov. 12, Noon -6 p.m.

Can I attend any of the conference sessions?
Yes. Please make sure you have your name badge with you to attend sessions.
Where can I park my car to load and unload my booth?
Exhibitors have access to the dock at the back of the convention center. You are given a 20-minute window to get your car unloaded and your stuff to your booth. Please note that the convention center or OSBA will not provide carts to move any of your items. You will then have to move your car to any of the surrounding parking areas. What happens if I have to leave early?
Any exhibitor dismantling, packing up materials, or moving out before Noon will be subject to penalties including, but not limited to, loss of booth preference or exhibiting privileges in subsequent years.
How do I get a room?
For a room at one of the Conference hotels, you will need to use the housing site. Once you register your booth staff, a link to the housing site along with instructions, will be emailed to you.
