11:10 a.m. Understanding Your PERRP Recordkeeping Responsibilities
This presentation is intended to be a high-level overview of the PERRP recordkeeping requirements for public employers in Ohio. We will discuss how to determine whether an injury or claim is recordable, how to complete the forms, as well as review the key requirements including compliance dates, exemptions, posting requirements and records retention. There will be examples and time for questions and answers, as well as information on how to complete your required annual filing online to BWC.
