Mansfield City hire Judy S. Forney as interim treasurer effective Dec. 19. She replaced Tacy Courtright. Forney will continue to serve as treasurer for Mount Vernon City.
Toronto City Treasurer Coleen M. Wickham announced her retirement effective Dec. 31.
