• New Riegel Local (Seneca) appointed Erin Love to the board effective immediately. 
• Tuscarawas Valley Local (Tuscarawas) Board of Education member Katy Johnson announced her resignation effective Jan. 14.

Administrative changes

Superintendents

• Marysville EV Superintendent Diane Allen announced her retirement effective May 31.
• Wolf Creek Local (Washington) hired Robert Caldwell as interim superintendent effective immediately.

Treasurers

• Mount Healthy City hired Payroll Specialist Brandon “Jake” Johnson as interim treasurer effective immediately.

Sympathies

• Former Brunswick City Board of Education member Don Moll died Dec. 7. 
• Former Columbiana EV Board of Education member Stanley E. Yeager died Nov. 26. He was 98. 
• Former Northwood Local (Wood) Board of Education member Denise Niese died Nov. 29. She was 63.
